1. What this app is

VVVCRM is a work tool for sales teams. A business signs up, adds its own employees, and those employees log in to record calls, customer leads and field visits. It is not a consumer app — everyone using it is an employee of a company that has chosen to use VVVCRM.

2. Information we collect

3. About location, clearly

• Location is collected only for users whose role is Field Sales.
• It is collected only between "Start Day" and "End Day". Outside working hours, and when the day is not started, no location is recorded.
• Location is visible only to your own company's admin and manager. It is never shared with other companies or with anyone outside your organisation.
• You can refuse the location permission. The app still works; only automatic kilometre calculation stops and your manager will ask you to enter distance manually.

4. How the information is used

Only to run the CRM for your company: showing your leads, logging your calls and visits, calculating travel distance, and producing your company's own reports.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build advertising profiles. There are no ads in this app.

5. Who can see your data

• You, and the admins and managers of your own company.
• Each company's data is kept separate. One company can never see another company's leads, calls or staff.
• The platform operator (VVV Chemicals Limited) can access data only when needed to fix a technical fault or when required by law.

6. Where it is stored

On our hosting provider's servers, reached over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Passwords are never stored as plain text — they are stored as a one-way hash that cannot be read back.

7. How long we keep it

For as long as your company keeps its VVVCRM account. If your company closes its account and asks us to delete its data, we delete it within 30 days, except where a law requires us to keep records longer.

8. Your rights

• Ask what data about you is stored.
• Ask for a mistake in your data to be corrected — your company admin can do this immediately from the Employees page.
• Ask for your account to be deleted. Write to us at the address below, or ask your company admin.
• Withdraw the location permission at any time from your phone's settings.

9. Children

VVVCRM is a workplace tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Third parties we rely on

• Google Sign-In — only if you choose it, to verify your email address.
• Map tiles — map images are loaded from a map provider to draw the map. Your identity is not sent to them.
• WhatsApp — when you tap a WhatsApp button, your phone's own WhatsApp app opens with the message pre-written. Sending it is your action; we do not send messages on your behalf.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change and the new version will appear on this page.
